This is the second time we’ve had Ryan Kinder on the blog. His first song, Tonight, was a good one and did pretty well on the CML Chart, which was pretty cool to do.
Ryan has a new single out now. I discovered it on Wild Country on Spotify. I usually put that playlist on while I’m working and writing during the day. It’s interesting to kind of listen to music almost subconsciously, but once in a while you’ll kind of come back to reality and realize that you’re digging a song.
That’s kind of what happened with this one…

What a great melody. This song has something pretty cool in the production and the style. I think it fits right in the pocket with modern country music where there are catchy pop elements while also being something that people can kind of groove along with.
When I think of music I still think of driving in the car listening to the radio. That’s still a big part of the way many people listen and experience music. I think this is a great driving in the car song. It’s fun. It’s catchy and it makes you smile.
It’s a love song. There are some fun lyrics that kind of make you think a little bit, but the big story here for me is the melody, which I think is pretty killer.
I’m not sure how Ryan is aligned with labels or things like that, but I’d be happy to see this one get some more attention.
