Blake Shelton takes over the top spot on this St. Patrick’s Day CML Chart with “Sure Be Cool If You Did”, knocking Tim McGraw’s “One Of Those Nights” down to the runner-up spot. Rounding out the top five are Little Big Town’s “Tornado”, Carrie Underwood’s “Two Black Cadillacs” and Hunter Hayes’ “Somebody’s Heartbreak”.
There are three debuts on this week’s countdown, with Jason Aldean’s salute to Joe Diffie titled “1994” coming in the highest at #23. Gloriana follows up their hit “Kissed You (Good Night)” with “Can’t Shake You”, entering at #24. Rounding out the debuts is new trio The Henningsens, who wrote two of The Band Perry’s number ones off their first album. The Henningsens are also a family trio, consisting of a father, son and daughter and their debut “American Beautiful” comes in at #25.
As always, the CML Chart combines radioplay, album sales, along with popularity (video countdowns, frequency in the news, etc.) and internet downloads.
