These guys have a cool sound.
I’m really like The Dirt Drifters. They have a great country sound. They feel like they’ve been playing together in the garage for years. Check out their latest single There She Goes…
There She Goes – The Dirt Drifters
Men and women leave. It’s been happening for centuries. Men and women leave each other. Life goes on. In some cases the other person is never ready for the relationship to be over.
That’s how I interpret There She Goes. It’s a song about the woman in the story leaving. The story is told from the perspective of an outsider looking at the guy and how he is apparently heart broken over the situation. If you’ve ever had a friend in this situation you know it can be difficult for a person to go through this.
What I like most about The Dirt Drifters is their laid back style. The music feels like a group of best friends is sitting around the porch playing the best music in the county. The band is really good. They have a great knack for melody and I think that is really evident by this latest single.
There She Goes is a hit worthy song. The melody is sound. It’s something country fans can relate to and connect with. I think there’s an audience out there for this song. It needs to find a little play time on radio. I’m not sure if it will, but it certainly is deserving.
The song is something people can sing along with and remember. That’s the mark of a good song in my book. Sometimes good songs go unnoticed, but I’m glad I was able to share it with you.
