Kip Moore is Ready for Another Hit

There’s something about trucks and beer that make country fans go crazy. Kip Moore is coming off a huge hit and now he’s ready to follow it up with a song about his favorite drink (and his favorite girl). Check it out…

Beer Money – Kip Moore

Kip Moore is not quite country and not quite pop. I’m glad he’s found a home on the country charts. His last hit Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck was huge. It was one of the biggest songs of the year so far and now Kip is ready to follow that up with another hit.

One thing that is evident in Kip’s music is his ability to craft a catchy melody. Beer Money is another catchy song. It’s not as upbeat and spunky as Truck, but it’s got its own personality that’s interesting and entertaining. The song is another catchy tune and you’ll for sure be singing along with the chorus once again.

Beer Money is about a guy that just wants to get away with his girl. He’s got a little money in his pocket and he wants to get a few drinks and get a little crazy. He’s not thinking about anything else in the world except having a good night with his favorite person in the world.

Do you ever have that feeling?

It’s really tough these days to have moments like that. Everybody is so busy. We’re wrapped up in our lives and it’s difficult to just be with the person you love. Minds wander to work and life and it gets difficult. Sometimes I guess you just need to grab a couple beers and get out of town and away from it all.

Kip Moore might not be traditional in the traditional country sense, but I think he fits right in. He reminds me mostly of Gary Allan and I think both artists are good for country. The fans certainly like them and I think Kip has everything that could lead to a long career.

Don’t you think?

Chart Estimate: #5

CML Points: 83/100
