Luke Bryan Buzzkill

Sometimes a situation can lead to a little buzzkill.

I was trying to figure out what the plan was this year for Luke Bryan’s Spring Break collection. For the past four years he’s released a short set of songs that were all themed around Spring Break.

It looks like this year’s set is going to be a compilation of all the songs that have been released the past few years. But don’t worry if you’re looking for something new because Luke Bryan has a new video for the compilation.

Buzzkill – Luke Bryan

Interesting is the word I would use to describe this song.

It’s about a guy that’s out with his buddies when his ex walks in. It kind of ruins the moments and kills his buzz. It’s not a fun situation, but it just happens to work out that way sometimes.

This situation can work both ways, though. I’m a guy, but I’ve seen this happen in both instances. I know it happens for guys sometimes, but we probably make a bigger deal out of it.

It happens to women too. They could have just moved on from a guy that was no good or maybe just had a breakup for whatever reason. They’re out with their friends looking to have a good time and then out of nowhere the ex shows up.

Raise your hand if you’ve had this feeling?

Your night is ruined all because the ex walks in the room.

It happens.

This should be another great set from Bryan. It’s a nice little break (get it?) before he releases that next full length album.

CML Points: 81/100
