Reba McEntire continues building on her career with regularity. She has a new song on the country charts as well as a new album on tap for a fall 2010 release.
Reba has been releasing albums for 30 years or so. She’s sold millions of records and has had tons of top hits.
It’s great to see she is still hungry for success after achieving so much. Her drive and creativity is an inspiration.
Her record deal continues with The Valory Music Co. The imprint is the sister label to the successful Big Machine Group whose roster includes Trisha Yearwood and Taylor Swift.
The relationship seems to have spurred energy with Reba and her last album yielded the #1 hit Consider Me Gone.
The new single Turn On The Radio is a rocking tune that sees Reba telling a no good, two-timing man to turn on his radio if he ever wants to hear from her again. She’s done and he can kiss her goodbye.
These songs are always surefire hits on the..err…radio. Country artists that aren’t afraid to show their attitude get lots of recognition and attention from fans.
It’s great to see more attitude from Reba. The song is great and the album is sure to be a hit as well.
