The South by The Cadillac Three
I only just heard about The Cadillac Three.
After looking around a bit it turns out these guys have a pretty major underground following. They’re main guy and lead songwriter has been getting all kinds of cuts lately including Days Of Gold by Jake Owen.
The boys are now signed to Big Machine. They’re out on tour with Thomas Rhett. This is going to be their first single and they’re bringing on some big names like Florida Georgia Line and Dierks Bentley to help out on the studio track.
These guys could get big.
The South – The Cadillac Three
This song makes me want to turn on Smokey And The Bandit. There is something very ’70s to the sound and feel of this music. The guys even look like they came out of the ’70s in The South.
There have been songs about The South for as long as there’s been country music. Heck, there is even a song called Song Of The South.
This one has a big time rock feel to it, though. There is nothing like it on radio right now. The closest thing you’ll find is Florida Georgia Line and some of the stuff Brantley Gilbert is doing and probably the guys over at Average Joes.
It’s fresh. It’s fun. It’s something people all over are going to love including folks in The South and in The North.
I don’t know if these guys will like that, but people are going to like this catchy tune.
