Trace AdkinsTrace Adkins is busy promoting his recent #1 album Cowboy’s Back in Town. A recent appearance on the morning show Fox & Friends saw Trace performing his top 30 hit This Ain’t No Love Song.

As always Trace gave a great performance for the millions of fans tuning in to the show. He showed up in all black and a pair of cowboy cool blue jeans. He looked cool and even a bit wise with his grown in goatee.

Trace Adkins recently debuted at #1 on the country album chart and #5 on the Billboard 200 album chart. Debuting with such a high number is a great sign for Trace and his new record label Show Dog Universal. Toby Keith is part owner of Show Dog and up until now has struggled to get other artists on his label to the top of the charts. Toby’s albums have continued selling well, but it took a partnership with Trace to expand the roster.

Trace and Toby may be getting near 50 years old, but they’re still going old. As they discuss in this article: Nashville Stars Trace Adkins and Toby Keith Open Up About Aging

“Age is just a number to me,” declares Toby. “I’m very grateful and really healthy. There’s people that are old when they’re 25 . . . I play full court basketball two or three nights a week, and I feel like I did when I was 30.” Trace is also in great shape, and doesn’t give aging a second thought. “I’m not concerned about it at all,” says the Louisiana native. “As long as I’m feeling good, I’m not going to worry about it. It doesn’t make a difference. I’m not one of those people who’s going to cling tooth and nail to youth. If my hair falls out, it just falls out.”
