When She Says Baby by Jason Aldean
When I first listened to Jason Aldean’s Night Train album there were a couple songs that stood out.
1994 was one of them and When She Says Baby was the other.
Jason is moving on to single number five from this album and the latter is the chosen one.
Check it out.
When She Says Baby – Jason Aldean
You’re not going to find some kind of deep story in this country song. It’s not about that.
The song is about the simple love one has for the woman in their lives. We all have lots of stuff going on in our lives. Things get tough. It’s not always fun and games and it makes us come home angry some nights.
But when that happens all we need is that girl in our lives to give us that look and call us baby and everything becomes better. You can’t beat that feeling and that’s what this song is about.
Rhett Akins and Ben Hayslip have done it again. They don’t write the deepest songs, but they know how to write songs that make you feel good and that make you want to sing along.
