MySpace has become a major factor in the success of artists. Country artists have taken advantage of the audience of music fans on the community site by sharing quality music with users. Some artists have built the early part of their careers entirely by using the networking site. These successful artists put forth a genuine effort to connection and form relationships with their adoring fans. As the importance of MySpace became apparent in the music world, the biggest stars in country music began working on improving their pages.
Today, nearly all country artists have a great MySpace page. The most amazing pages have features that allow fans to listen to the artists’ best music, share information with friends, watch exclusive videos, and much more.

Joe Nichols‘ MySpace page is huge. The top graphic surprised me when I first saw it. There is no doubt that the page belongs to Nichols. The creative is outstanding…just like Nichols’ music.

I Don’t know why Dierks Bentley wanted to look like a ghost for the new photos to promote his first bluegrass album, but I kind of like it. His MySpace page is looking great these days. It is definitely – as sheriff Buford T. Justice said – an attention getter. The orange on the black and gray really sets off the creative. It’s a great design for the creative rising star.
Kenny Chesney
Site: Kenny Chesney MySpace
Kenny Chesney seems to succeed at everything he does. It took him awhile to find his niche in country music. In fact, it took about 10 years of releasing music before Kenny broke out and became the superstar he is today. His MySpace page keeps right up with his reputation as the best in the business. The creative captures everything that is Kenny Chesney. The images are reminiscent of the islands and the trailer for Kenny’s latest video is perfectly displayed. A great page.

A legend in country music, Alan Jackson admittedly had no idea he even had a MySpace page. His daughters had to let him know that his marketing team had created a pretty cool page for old dad. Alan Jackson has been creating some of the best country music for over twenty years and he’s still going strong. With a strong team behind him he’s even finding success with the changing times. It’s a key to having longevity in any career: have a strong team around you that stays up to date on how things are changing around you.

Zac Brown and his band are known for their perfect music. The Zac Brown Band puts on a hell of a show as evidenced by their rocking performance of The Devil Went Down to Georgia on the CMAs. The current goal of their page is to raise awareness for US soldiers living in other countries.
Uncle Kracker
Site: Uncle Kracker MySpace
Uncle Kracker is nearing the top twenty on the country charts with his single Smile. The cover image on his latest album matches perfectly with the big image on his MySpace page. After the closure of Lyric Street Records, Love and Theft appear out of a recording contract for the time being. The guys in Rascal Flatts are entering their tenth year as country superstars. The group has sold millions of records, headlined sold out tours, and had more hits than you can count. Not a bad run for a group that sometimes isn’t considered country. The guys have a great MySpace page to go along with their unique sound and great music. Here again is an example of a band utilizing their creative to make it easy for their die-hard fans to vote for them in an upcoming award show.
