Big & Rich are truly back now with this rocking country song.
When you think back to 2004-2006 you remember that Big & Rich would throw down with some party anthems. They turned country music on its head and really got some traditionalists going a little crazy. The boys are back with another party song and this time they’re ready to party like cowboys…or maybe it’s cowboyz.

Now this is some Big & Rich. The guys have had their ballads and emotional songs over the years. They mixed those in with their rockers and when they made their comeback earlier this year they chose to start out with a ballad. It was an interesting choice. The song was certainly good, but it didn’t really bust out on the charts like some of their others have in the past.
Anyway, I think this track sets up perfectly for the new way the chart is calculated. Straight up sales are a factor now so the fans can speak with their wallets and it’s not all up to radio. I think that’s the way it should be and I think the Big & Rich fans will be downloading this song like crazy over the next few months.
I’ll admit that Big & Rich didn’t really have me as a fan in the early days. I had no idea what to make of these guys. They weren’t what anyone was used to and I think that is what made them as big as they were and still are today.
People love these guys and for good reason. I think with this song they’re truly back and rocking the faces of country music fans.
