Well that didn’t take long.
It was just a few days ago when I got a little impatient and guessed at what I thought the next Easton Corbin single was going to be. It turns out that Easton and his team have moved on from the All Over The Road album after two singles. They’re moving on to bigger and better things.
This happens sometimes. Even with lots of good songs and single options on an album an artist will find a new song that they just can’t wait to get out.
Here is the new one from Easton Corbin.
Clockwork – Easton Corbin
This is an interesting. It’s not something we’ve heard from Easton before on a few different levels. I would say this one has a little more gloss on the production, which is just a slight stray for the neo-traditional Corbin.
Then it’s also about a subject that’s a little more racy.
But there is a lot to like about this song. I like the sound and the subject matter is something people will relate to as well.
I think it could be a love song about two lovers that are new in love and simply doing the early stages of dating where one will call the other to spend the night every night (like clockwork).
Then it could also be about two people that maybe shouldn’t be meeting up for whatever reason. You can be the judge on that one.
This is a good song. I think it will do well on the charts. And I’m an Easton Corbin fan anyway so you’ll have to let me know what your thoughts are on this one.
