Craig Morgan is back with a new top 20 single.
This Ain’t Nothin’sees Craig removed from his tongue-in-cheek songs like International Harvester, Redneck Yacht Club, and Bonfire and back to his sentimental side similar to Almost Home, Tough, and That’s What I Love About Sunday.
The song is about an old man that has his home destroyed, but he explains that this is nothing compared to what has already happened to him in his life. The lyrics are thought-provoking as they were meant to be and Craig delivers with passionate and convincing vocals.
This Ain’t Nothin’is climbing into the top 20 now and appears to be heading for the top five if the momentum keeps up. The song is connecting with many folks as they consider that no matter what may happen their lives might not be all that bad.
In a time when there is much to worry about in the world it’s nice to have songs to remind us that we are lucky for the good things we have.
Craig is also doing a reality show with The Outdoor Channel (Craig Morgan Takes Outside Shot at TV):
“Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors,” on the Outdoor Channel this weekend. The series promises a range of events from his life — motocross racing, hijinx on the bus and even bungee jumping in New Zealand.
