Charleston, SC 1966Darius Rucker is looking back and having no regrets.

You would struggle to find a country artist with a hotter career than Darius Rucker right now. The former pop singer has found amazing success over the past three years in country music and he seems to only be setting his sights higher.

Darius is fresh of a number one single and a number one album. He’s keeping things rolling with a new single that sounds like it’s going to be another potential top hit.

The song is Thisand it’s another uptempo, catchy, upbeat song.

Darius co-wrote the song as he’s done on all but one of the songs he’s released in the country format. The song sees Darius looking back at his life and having zero regrets about the things he’s done. He knows that everything that has happened to him, all the choices he’s made have lead him to where he is now. And that’s a good place to be if you’re Darius Rucker.

The topic of having no regrets and being thankful for where you are in life is not new. I can think of Rascal Flatts and their recent hit Herebut Darius is able to put his own mark on the emotion by using fresh lyrics and his usual catchy sound.

It’s hard not to like the music Darius is releasing this days. He puts music on radio that makes you smile and feel positive about life. In a world where seemingly everything is going wrong it’s nice to have a little positivity.

What do you think of Darius’ new track?
