Who better to kick off the fun country songs list than Blake and Trace.

Fun country songs are all about enjoying life and having a good time. You could be partying with friends or kicking back with the family. There is all kinds of fun to have in life and it’s great to have some good country songs to accompany it.

This list has everything you could want. There are songs from women and songs from men. There are songs from bands and even a duo or two.

Blake and Trace know how to have some good hillbilly fun. Talk about a smash hit record.

24. Walmart Parking Lot – Chris Cagle

Sometimes fun is about hanging out with friends in the parking lot. You have no idea what you’re going to do and in the process you end up having fun just kicking back and hanging out.

23. Redneck Yacht Club – Craig Morgan

Craig Morgan has had a few fun songs during his time and it seems like he’s always have fun while making music or riding his bikes or hitting the woods for some hunting.

22. Too Much Fun – Daryle Singletary

Daryle would never have too much. It’s not even possible. This song was huge and people out there loved it because they knew it wasn’t possible either.

21. Ain’t Nothing Wrong With The Radio – Aaron Tippin

Aaron ended up writing a song about his beat up old car proving that you don’t even have to have a nice set of wheels to have fun with some good music.

20. Ain’t Going Down (‘Til The Sun Comes Up) – Garth Brooks

Garth never turned down the volume on this track and people still love to crank this one up on a Friday night.

19. Guys Do It All The Time – Mindy McCreedy

Mindy was having fun when she was on the top of the charts. This song certainly played a part in the fun back during that time. People loved it. Women especially did.

18. Rain Is A Good Thing – Luke Bryan

Even when it rains you can have fun. That was the point of this song from Luke Bryan and he turned it into a huge party.

17. What Was I Thinkin’ – Dierks Bentley

Dierks Bentley could have five songs on this list, but we’ll go with his first as the one to make it. The guy is heading for a good time with his girl even if they get into some trouble along the way.

16. It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere – Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett

This was the biggest hit of the year at the time for Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett. The song became something really special and all the Parrot Heads came out to bring their fun to country music.

15. No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems – Kenny Chesney

Kenny Chesney made a big career change with the album that shared the name with this song. He became more laid back and it was all about having fun and enjoying life.

14. Wild Angels – Martina McBride

A wild angel is just someone that wants to make their mark on life. Martina McBride has certainly made her mark in the world with her music and it seems like she’s had fun along the way.

13. Mountain Music – Alabama

This list wouldn’t be complete without some Alabama. The band had a ton of hits, but this one is really special. You just feel like getting out and having some fun.

12. If Bubba Can Dance – Shenandoah

Shenandoah had quite a few hits around 1990 and this song was one of the big ones. It’s all about getting out there and dancing. If you’re like most people dancing always means you’re having fun.

11. Something Like That – Tim McGraw

Tim McGraw had a huge hit with this track. It was all about hitting the local fair and finding some fun. That’s how simple life can be sometimes and it’s a great way to live.

10. Mississippi Girl – Faith Hill

Faith Hill came back in a big way with this song. She went back to her fun roots and people loved it. Girls especially think about this song and it gives them the idea that they can have some fun if they go out tonight.

9. Lookin’ For A Good Time – Lady Antebellum

Lady Antebellum quickly rose the top of the country ranks and this song helped them. For the young people in the song it’s all about finding some fun even if it’s just for a single night. No commitment for these folks.

8. Fishin’ In The Dark – Nitty Gritty Dirt Band

This song will be around forever. It’s the classic fun country song and it remains one of the most popular songs when you’re out at bars and taverns today. It’s a great song for a fun time.

7. Good Day To Run – Darryl Worley

The melody of this song is just fun. You feel like you’re meant to do something today that makes your life enjoyable. It’s great.

6. Mud On The Tires – Brad Paisley

Brad Paisley is all about good, clean fun out in the backwoods with a beautiful woman. Grab that truck and head out to find some mud. There is nothing more fun that that.

5. Hell Yeah – Montgomery Gentry

Montgomery Gentry have a few rowdy fans and this song gets those folks going on a Friday or Saturday night. You can never go wrong with some good Montgomery Gentry music.

4. Boot Scootin’ Boogie – Brooks & Dunn

Brooks & Dunn sure know how to enjoy life. This was a huge hit for them at the early part of their career and it still puts a smile on your face today.

3. Party Crowd – David Lee Murphy

David Lee Murphy had just a handful of hits, but he managed to throw in this party song along the way. It’s perfect for those nights when you’re out looking for some fun.

2. The Boys And Me – Sawyer Brown

If you’ve ever seen Sawyer Brown live you know they’re all about having fun. This is perhaps their most fun song, but it was a tough choice. These guys are good.

1. I’m Old Enough To Know Better – Wade Hayes

The top song on our list is from ’90s star Wade Hayes. This song is perfect for good night. You can have fun at any age even if you know you’re probably too old to be throwing down.
