An inspirational new song from country star Wade Hayes.
So the reason we looked at a classic from Wade Hayes yesterday is because he has a brand new song and video out. Wade first appeared on the charts some 20 years ago. He wasn’t on the charts much in the 2000s, but he kept on touring and then a few years ago he had a big time scare. That’s what this song is about.

Wade sounds as good as ever. I was a big fan of his back in the ’90s and still like listening to those classic songs today. But it’s also great to hear such inspirational new music.
Wade was diagnosed with what seems like a very serious form of cancer a few years ago. I can’t imagine all that he’s been through the last few years, but he’s still hear living his life and he is still doing what he loves by making new music and bringing it to his fans.
His voice is great. It sounds like an older and wiser version of the kid that came through the scene back in the ’90s. There was always a bunch of a talent there from a great neo-traditional country singer and he still has those chops today.
The message is obviously about enjoying life while you can. We all have a time clock and we’re never really sure when it will run out so there are no excuses when it comes to following your dreams and loving the ones you love most.
