Hunter Hayes made a pretty strong impact on the Grammy Awards recently. He debuted his new song that he was really excited about releasing. Prior to the performance he was on Ellen talking about the new song just a bit and you could tell that he was anxious for people to hear the song.
The performance went pretty well and the song is already making an impact on people.
Here is the recorded version.
Invisible – Hunter Hayes
The song definitely has a powerful message. There is no arguing that fact. Hunter touched on a subject that is important and you can believe it coming from him.
The song is about school and how it can be a lonely and frustrating place for those that don’t fit into the standard cliques. If you’re an outsider you can get picked on. You can get bullied. You can get left behind by teachers and feel like there is no hope.
But those moments don’t last. If you can make it through and use the experience to build your character you’re going to come out on the other side very strong and different than everyone else – in the best way possible.
The recorded version is really good. It’s something different from Hunter. He’s come out with something different on each of his singles to this point.
I don’t know how well the song will do. I have my suspicions about how people will relate to it, but maybe it’ll be a surprise hit this year.
