If downloading music, buying concert tickets, and following your favorite artists on Twitter isn’t enough to satisfy your country craving, you can get your fix with YouTube videos. Many artists have launched webisode series on YouTube to show their fans the ins and outs of touring, open up their homes and personal lives to fans, and unveil what it takes to record a #1 country radio hit.
If you just can’t get enough of your favorite artists, check out these webisodes:
Luke Bryan – LBTV Thursdays
Luke Bryan’s YouTube series, coined “LBTV”, comes out on Thursdays and follows the megastar from the red carpet, to the stage, and even to his home state of Georgia. While Luke is known for shaking it under the bright stage lights, the series gives an all access pass to Luke’s down-to-Earth and humorous side.
Hunter Hayes – #ForTheLoveOfMusic Mondays
Hunter Hayes claims to be a shy guy, but he’s opened up his life to fans in over 115 episodes (and counting!) of #FTLOM. Hunter religiously releases the videos every Monday of him recording new music, designing sets for his shows, hanging out with fans, learning to fly a plane, making music videos, geeking out over a new watch, playing golf, or just relaxing at his apartment in Nashville. And if you’ve ever wanted to see Hunter drink coffee while balancing on an exercise ball, there’s a video for that, too (seriously, what can’t this guy do?!):
Brett Eldredge – Couch Sessions
If the mere 13 tracks on Brett Eldredge’s debut album just aren’t enough for you, have no fear: Brett has 19 “Couch Session” episodes. He uploads videos of himself on a couch – as implied by the title – and performs never-before-heard songs and acoustic covers of his hits.
Dan + Shay – Road to Radio
Rising stars Dan + Shay launched a YouTube series called “Road to Radio” when their first single was just taking flight. The duo documents promoting their debut single, “19 You + Me,” at country radio stations across the nation – all while having some laughs along the way.
