It always surprises me how honest artists get with their songs. Some find clever ways to hide what songs really mean as they put emotion into the vocals. Others put themselves fully out there and those artists are often rewarded by fans.

Because we all have our flaws. We’ve all done things we wish we could take back.

LeAnn Rimes went through a very public affair in recent years and now she’s written an entire album about it. Here is the latest release from that upcoming record.

It’s hard to believe LeAnn is only 30 years old. She’s been part of our lives for so long and she continues to have one of the best voices in all of country music. Even with all the drama that comes along with her life you still see the talent and amazing gift she has for singing. It’s great to just sit back and listen to her sing.

This song is about her relationship with her current husband and how things went down with his now ex-wife and her ex-husband and the commotion and tabloid fodder. It’s incredible to believe she’s still driven to perform after it all.

The song is really good. I’ve been waiting for a while to review it. I’m not sure how well country radio will receive LeAnn anymore. I know they always say that it comes down to how great the song is but we all know that sometimes radio overlooks the really good songs.

It will be up to you to determine if this single and album are a success. LeAnn knows she’s made mistakes. She’s putting herself out there.
