I’ve had the hunch that Blake Shelton would be releasing a fifth single from his latest record. The singles have been climbing up the charts so fast that he’s having to release more singles than normal just so there is a good amount of time between records.

I’ve been guessing wrong on the next single from Blake’s record. I think I’ve been wrong two or three times already. That goes to show how strong the songs are on this album. This is the next single and it’s a great choice. I wouldn’t have thought about it, but so far there has been a strong response. Check it out again.

My Eyes – Blake Shelton

I’ll go ahead and jinx this next single from Blake. I think he’s tied or gotten the record for the most number one singles on the country airplay chart in a row since the chart started in the early ’90s. I think Alabama still has the all-time record and Blake has a way to go, but he’s on a roll right now and his fans are loving all his songs.

The song is a sexy one about a guy that can’t really take his eyes off his girl. He wants to take a few articles of clothing off her perhaps, but he definitely doesn’t want to take his eyes off.

Great song here, which has become the standard from Blake Shelton. He’s been busy the last few years with his TV obligations, but it’s really taken him to the superstar level that he sought early on his career.
