This a fun new song. I like it.
I was kind of surprised to learn that this will be our first post on Sarah Miles here at CML. It looks like she’s been recording and releasing music for at least a little while.
She’s an independent artist looking to make her mark on the music world. With independent artists you sometimes get a sound that can be a little rough around the edges.
But this new one from Sarah has a great sound. A great melody. And great vocals. It’s just a feel good, fun song just in time for summer.

I’m a sucker for a fun country love song. That’s where I would put this one. It’s a fun song with a great melody that just makes you smile. It makes you want to do a little dance and have some fun.
The theme of the song seems to be love. Probably young love. The kind you feel when you’re with someone that you love being flirty with. Kind of being in your own bubble with the rest of the world tuned out. It’s just the two of you being silly and having fun together.
And music is often a part of that time together. You can dance around. Laugh. Do all kinds of things to get to know each other better. Maybe seeing if there is a future together. Or just taking it day by day, hour by hour to see what spark might be there.
I like this one. I’ll be rooting for Sarah to gain some fans with this one.
