Ronnie Dunn has had an interesting solo career and it’s only been a couple years. There were changes at his longtime record label and he asked to part ways looking for more support.
While putting his pursuits of a business partner on hold he went back to work creating new music and he previewed a song from those labors. You’ll want to check this one out because it has a fresh sound, but nothing you wouldn’t expect to hear at a Brooks & Dunn concert.

Talk about a big song. This one sounds like you could be in a rock stadium listening to Journey back in the ’80s. It’s a huge song with a great rock melody.
It’s nothing you wouldn’t expect to hear at any of the concerts Ronnie has performed over the last 20+ years. The man and his teammate Kix knew how to put on a rock-like show for the country fans.
This song is fresh, though. It has that sound of a modern country hit so I think new fans are going to discovery Ronnie Dunn through this one and that’s a good thing. You need new fans in this business and Ronnie certainly knows how to get fans (with great songs).
This is just the first taste of what’s to come from Ronnie Dunn on his next album. If this is just a preview then I think there will be some huge excitement about new music from Ronnie Dunn.
This one is a rocker and it’s going to make some noise. It could be a big year for one of country’s living legends.
