A funky little song for you.
Florida Georgia Line threw me a bit of a curveball the last couple weeks. I thought they were coming out with one song as their next single, but it looks like there was a change.
The next single is already making its way on one of the singles charts. I think we’ll start hearing it at radio any day now.
And congrats to the guys for their #1 with the Backstreet Boys. That’s taking a risk and doing something different, but that song got better the more you heard it. And people seemed to love the collaboration. It’s a pretty cool deal.

I don’t know if I’ll go all the way and say this one will make it to the top of the chart. I think it has the potential, but I think it’ll come up just a bit short.
The song is kind of a mid tempo love groove. Something that young lovers will jam with while they’re hanging out this summer.
And there are some funky sounds going on in the background. The big one would be the frogs or something in a pond. You don’t really hear that much in country music. It kind of reminded me of Fishin’ In The Dark or something.
This is just one of those feel good summer tunes. I’m sure it’s going to be a hit. It’s got that FGL style that they have been working for a few years. It’s a good one.
