Some funky country for you.

I like listening to the mainstream playlist they have: Hot Country. But I also like checking out New Boots and Wild Country. Great places to discover new country songs.
Anyway, this is a brand new artist for us here at CML. It looks like Jeffrey is out there doing the independent thing. He’s working his songwriting and trying to become an artist.
Will he find success and the interest of a major label with this one?
Still Crazy – Jeffrey East
This one has a little Jordan Davis to it. And I like that. It’s kind of a funky sound that is in country music right now. And Jordan is flying up the chart with his debut single. Also maybe a little bit of Devin Dawson as well. His debut is hitting big time too.
The lyrics tell the story of a guy that’s still crazy for this girl. She’s got a hold on him and he’s all about the feeling he gets from this girl. Maybe they’ve been together for a little while. Doesn’t matter. He still feels like it’s the first time they met when he first got those butterflies. When everything else seemed to disappear besides her.
This one will for sure have you singing along by the end of the first listen. And you’ll probably be adding it to your favorite playlist on Spotify. I know that’s what I’m going to be doing.
