A funny country song for you.
Now here is one that made me smile.
Christon Birge was featured a few months ago for the first time here on our blog. Well, not his first time being featured on a blog, but the first time on our blog.
Anyway, he’s back with a new track just in time for the fall and winter season. After the first listen you’ll be smiling. I know I was.

Tacos – Christon Birge
I wasn’t sure what direction this title would. A song about a love for tacos? Making tacos with the family? It could really go just about anywhere.
What happened definitely surprised me a little bit.
This is the kind of love song that would make Blake Shelton smile. The narrator in the song is definitely on the redneck side of things. He’s a simple guy that doesn’t have much money. He knows that he’s a good guy with a good heart, but that he doesn’t have too much to offer his girl.
But he’s hoping that she’s ready to settle down with a good guy like him. Life might not be all lifestyles of the rich and famous, but if she likes riding around in a truck, hanging out on weekends and all the simple things then they should work out just fine.
Oh, and he even promises to make her tacos once in awhile and always find her attractive. And a few little touches on the backside once in awhile.
It’s a fun song. The more I listen the more I like it. Nothing too serious. Just a fun country song.
