Have you heard this new single from Chase Bryant?
This is a really good song. I love listening to these live performances from the new artists. They’re out there playing for anybody that will listen. They’re working hard at those radio stations trying to win over the DJs and execs hopefully convincing them to play the song a few times on the radio so country fans can discover it. Give this one a listen and see if it’s worthy of your request.
Take It On Back – Chase Bryant
This is a good song. You can tell that Chase really loves playing it. It sounds familiar when you listen to the lyrics and the style, but it’s also something a little different than what other artists are doing right now. There is plenty of emotion in the way Chase delivers the track. He seems like an all out all the time artist and people do like that. They want to feel like an artist is giving it all they can and Chase definitely seems to be doing that with this performance.
From what I can tell the song is about one of those past loves that many of us have had. And for the guy in this song it’s more than just a past love because he’s still looking back on it wishing he could go back. He probably hasn’t had anything like this love since and he realizes now just how good it was. Or maybe he even realized back then and lost it somehow.
Great song from a promising new artist.
