Here is the highly anticipated new single from Colt Ford.
There has been some anticipation for the next Colt Ford album. He’s been pretty steady with releasing new albums each year. I can’t imagine how much work goes into that kind of recording and touring scheduling, but it was still a surprise when no new music came out last year.
But Colt Ford is back and he has what sounds like it could be his biggest hit yet. This time he’s got his buddy, Chase Rice, at his side singing the chorus and the hook. It’s a catchy song that’s perfect for hanging out on Friday night being appreciative of what you’ve got. Check it out.

Colt Ford is really a great story. A lot of people don’t really know that in his previous life he was a really good golfer. He played the smaller tours for years and even played a few tournaments on what was then the Nike Tour (now the Web.com Tour). It was one step below the PGA Tour and you ain’t no slouch if you’re out there playing the Nike Tour. Some of the best have played there.
After doing the golf thing Colt noticed that kids in the country needed something different to listen to. They had hip hop and they had country, but he wanted to blend it together. He’s done it on his own because no major label would touch him.
The result has been some really successful albums and tours. Colt has really brought his brand of country music to the mainstream and I think he’s done it again with this new song. It’s something people will really like and I’m sure they’ve already been loving it as we head into summer.
