These guys really are finding their groove.

The guys of Florida Georgia Line have fallen into a good groove. They keep rolling out the hits and they seem to be comfortable in their roles as country superstars. They also seem to have a plan for their music in the future and really know who they are to the core and that’s important.

The thing with their style is that they sing songs that fit with where they are in life at the moment. They had the party songs during the party years and now things are getting more devoted to love as both guys are now married and beginning that part of life.

Wish You Were On It – Florida Georgia Line

This seems to be a song about what a guy is feeling right after a breakup. Although I guess it could be about a few situations possibly. Maybe it’s a cheating song? Maybe the guy is really just hanging on to things too long while the girl has moved on.

But really anyone could be in this situation. It’s rare for relationships to end with both people feeling the same way. Usually one person is ready to move on while the other still has strong feelings. That’s what’s going on in this song. You have on person wishing that things would be the way they were or possibly even better.

The FGL sound is still there, but this one also sounds a bit different. It’s modern country with some influence of pop and other genres. That’s FGL and they have really found something that fans love. This is a good one.

Chart Estimate: #3

CML Points: 85/100
