They’re back and ready to have some fun.
They’re baaaack…
It’s only been about three years since Lady Antebellum was on country radio with new music. That’s not really that long, but in the music world that can be an eternity.
The trio needed a break. They still got along it seemed, but they needed to take some time from the busy world of country music. They still released a couple solo albums and did their own thing for awhile, but they always said they would be back.
Here is their new song fresh for the New Year.
You Look Good – Lady Antebellum
Lady Antebellum did just about all the types of songs that a country act could release. They released the uptempo songs. They released the ballads. They released sad songs, inspiring songs and fun songs.
That’s probably part of the reason they took some time off. What else could they do?
This new one isn’t anything crazy new, but it’s definitely fun. It definitely has that Lady Antebellum style and it works really well.
I would say that this one sounds fresh. It’s definitely got some pop elements and makes you want to kick back and have some fun and dance a little bit.
This one will definitely be getting some attention. Traditional fans might not like this one, but Lady Antebellum was always about pushing the boundaries and many loved them for doing that.
I like this new one. The more I listen the more fun I have.
